This website (the "Website") is provided to you by 10:10. In these Terms, “us” or “we” or “our” means 10:10. The term "you" refers to the users or viewers of our Website.

These Terms are the terms on which we provide the Website and allow you to make a donation to enable your chosen school (the "School") to purchase a solar energy system. Your donation will be represented on the Website by one or more virtual solar squares (each a "Tile") (or an entire panel of Tiles depending on the size of your donation and subject to space availability (for the avoidance of doubt larger donations may be distributed across a number of individual virtual solar Tiles and may not be presented as a complete panel)).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. You should keep a copy of these Terms for future reference. For information on how we will use your personal data, please see our privacy policy. These Terms are only available in the English language.

We may change these Terms from time to time so you should make sure you check the terms regularly to ensure you are familiar with any changes. References to a “Working Day” are to a day which is not a weekend or bank holiday in either England or Wales.
