It is now less than a month until the start of the Paris Climate Talks where world leaders will try to agree a plan to stop planet Earth from overheating. Sometimes the whole issue of climate change can be a bit overwhelming for us as individuals; after all, what can just one person or family do to make a positive difference?

Well, actually there is something we can do and better still, that something will also help Ludwell Primary's Solar Schools project!

Why not switch to a provider of 100% renewable electricity? This would save about 1.34 tonnes per year of carbon emissions going into the atmosphere and contributing to global warming! That is a good deed! And, by switching to Good Energy, the company that sponsors the Solar Schools project, they will give £50 to a Solar School of your choice - isn't that amazing! Just imagine - if 100 people switched, we would raise all the money we need! By switching, you could even save money on your gas and electricity bills like some good friends of ours in Devon have just done.
Switching to Good Energy is easy, just click on the link and follow the on-screen instructions, and be sure to specify Ludwell Community Primary School for the £50 donation:

https://www.goodenergy.co.uk/switch/your-home/energy?utm_campaign=SC32-Ludwell-Community-Primary-School&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=Solar-Schools

If switching is not your thing, you can still donate to Ludwell Primary's solar panels project through the Solar Schools website:

http://www.solarschools.org.uk/ludwellprimary/

Or, you can send a cheque payable to, 'Ludwell Community Primary School'.
Or, you can put a donation into the jar at Ludwell Stores.

If you have any queries, do contact me and I will do my best to help!

Many thanks,
